Board Members

Welcome to the HOA Board Members page! Our board plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of life within our community. Each member is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the association by managing resources, overseeing community projects, and enforcing HOA guidelines.

Responsibilities of the HOA Board include:

  • President
    • The president serves as the face of the Association.
    • They run all board meetings, carry out contracts, orders and documents on behalf of the Association.
    • They handle daily administration and assure that all board duties are fulfilled with the community’s best interest in mind.
    • Establish meeting agendas with Secretary
    • Signor for the bank accounts
  • Vice President
    • The vice president assumes the role of president when the president is absent or unable to do so.
    • Establish meeting agendas with Secretary if President asks
    • Lead important committees
    • Help run meetings
    • Make sure all board members are doing their part
  • Treasurer: [email protected] 
    • They contact the Accountant for financial records prior to meetings.
    • They will review all billing in a timely manner before it is sent to the membership.
    • Budget preparation 
    • Signor for the bank accounts
    • Answers demand letters
  • Director 4: 
    • Person responsible for answering questions for potential owners
    • Conflict resolution for Formal Complaints
  • Director 5: 
    • Keep communication going to the various committees. [Runway, Social, ARC, Sky ranch lane association]
    • Scheduling/coordinating meetings and then letting secretary know what day
    • Conflict control at meetings
  • Secretary: (can be director OR non director position) [email protected]  
    • The secretary will maintain accurate records including names, contact and assessment information for each Association member.
      • They will share this information with the Treasurer/Accountant for billing purposes.
    • They will send out notices, take and publish minutes of meetings.
    • They will create meeting agendas with the President’s [or VP] guidance to send out to the community at least 1 week before meeting.
    • They will attest to legal documents signed by the president
